Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a large skillet, cook the ground turkey over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess fat.
In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked turkey, spinach, ricotta cheese, marinara sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
Spread the mixture evenly in a baking dish. Top with shredded mozzarella cheese.
Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes:
This casserole can be made ahead and refrigerated for up to 2 days before baking.
