Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground turkey
  • 10 oz Frozen spinach, thawed and drained
  • 1 cup Shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup Ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup Marinara sauce
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Onion powder
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a large skillet, cook the ground turkey over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess fat.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked turkey, spinach, ricotta cheese, marinara sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Spread the mixture evenly in a baking dish. Top with shredded mozzarella cheese.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  • Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes:

This casserole can be made ahead and refrigerated for up to 2 days before baking.
