marinara sauce

Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
Cook tortellini according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
In a large bowl, combine cooked ground beef, cooked tortellini, cream cheese, marinara sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
Transfer mixture to a baking dish. Top with shredded mozzarella cheese.
Bake in preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
Let cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!
