Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 package tortellini about 20 oz
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup marinara sauce
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • to taste salt and pepper

Instructions: 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
  • Cook tortellini according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  • In a large bowl, combine cooked ground beef, cooked tortellini, cream cheese, marinara sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  • Transfer mixture to a baking dish. Top with shredded mozzarella cheese.
  • Bake in preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
  • Let cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!

Feel free to add your favorite vegetables to the casserole for extra flavor and nutrition.
