Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups sliced squash
  • 2 cups sliced potatoes
  • 1 cup chopped onions
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions: 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a large pot, boil squash and potatoes until tender, about 10 minutes. Drain.
  • In a baking dish, layer squash, potatoes, and onions.
  • Pour milk over the vegetables.
  • Dot with butter and sprinkle with cheese, salt, and pepper.
  • Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden and bubbly.
