Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 6 Eggs
  • 2 cups Fresh Spinach chopped
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheese cheddar or your choice
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, beat the eggs. Add milk, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  • Stir in the chopped spinach and shredded cheese.
  • Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
  • Bake for 30 minutes or until the eggs are set and the top is golden brown.
  • Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
