marinara sauce

shredded mozzarella cheese

grated Parmesan cheese

breadcrumbs

garlic, minced

Italian seasoning
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
Cut spaghetti squash in half, remove seeds, and bake cut-side down on a baking sheet for 30-40 minutes.
While squash is baking, mix ground beef, egg, breadcrumbs, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Form into meatballs.
In a skillet, cook meatballs until browned on all sides.
Once squash is done, use a fork to scrape out the strands into a casserole dish.
Add meatballs and marinara sauce to the dish, mix well.
Top with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
Bake for another 10-15 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
Notes:
A great low-carb alternative to traditional pasta dishes.
