Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 12 oz spaghetti
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • to taste salt and pepper

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  • In a large pot, heat the heavy cream over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes.
  • Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
  • Add the cooked spaghetti to the pot and toss to coat with the sauce.
  • Transfer the spaghetti mixture to a baking dish. Top with shredded mozzarella cheese.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot.

Notes:

Feel free to add cooked chicken or vegetables for extra flavor and nutrition.
