Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Grease a baking dish and place the cubed sourdough bread in it.
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, heavy cream, sugar, vanilla extract, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
Pour the egg mixture over the bread cubes, making sure all pieces are well-coated.
Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the center is set.
Let it cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!
Notes:
Best served with a drizzle of maple syrup and a sprinkle of powdered sugar.
