Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked chicken, frozen peas, diced carrots, and cream of chicken soup.
Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread it out evenly.
Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese over the top of the mixture.
Top with breadcrumbs for a crunchy finish.
Bake in the preheated oven for 40 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the casserole is heated through.
Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
