Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups Cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup Frozen peas
  • 1 cup Carrots, diced
  • 1 can Cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked chicken, frozen peas, diced carrots, and cream of chicken soup.
  • Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread it out evenly.
  • Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese over the top of the mixture.
  • Top with breadcrumbs for a crunchy finish.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 40 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the casserole is heated through.
  • Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.

Feel free to add any other vegetables you like!
