Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 cup uncooked rice
  • 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large bowl, mix the uncooked rice, chicken broth, milk, shredded cheese, butter, salt, and black pepper.
  • Pour the mixture into a greased casserole dish.
  • Place the shrimp on top of the rice mixture.
  • Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake for 30 minutes.
  • Remove the foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes, or until the rice is tender and the shrimp is cooked through.
  • Let it sit for a few minutes before serving.
