Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large bowl, mix the uncooked rice, chicken broth, milk, shredded cheese, butter, salt, and black pepper.
Pour the mixture into a greased casserole dish.
Place the shrimp on top of the rice mixture.
Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake for 30 minutes.
Remove the foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes, or until the rice is tender and the shrimp is cooked through.
Let it sit for a few minutes before serving.
