Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Sausage cooked and crumbled
  • 4 Croissants cut into pieces
  • 1 cup Cheddar Cheese shredded
  • 6 Eggs beaten
  • 2 cups Milk
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper

Instructions: 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
  • In a baking dish, layer croissant pieces, sausage, and cheese.
  • Pour egg mixture over the layers in the baking dish.
  • Bake for 45 minutes or until set and golden brown.

Notes:

Let the casserole sit for a few minutes before serving.
