Instructions:
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Cook rotini pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
In a skillet, cook sausage over medium heat until browned. Add onion and garlic, cook until softened.
Stir in marinara sauce and let simmer for 5 minutes.
In a large bowl, combine cooked pasta, sausage mixture, and half of the mozzarella cheese.
Transfer to a baking dish. Top with remaining mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
Bake for 20-25 minutes, until cheese is melted and bubbly.
Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes:
Feel free to add some veggies like bell peppers or spinach for extra nutrition.
