Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine cooked rice, black beans, salsa, cumin, chili powder, salt, and pepper.
Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread evenly.
Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes:
Feel free to add some chopped onions or bell peppers for extra flavor.
