Ingredients:

  • 2 cups Pulled pork
  • 1 cup BBQ sauce
  • 2 cups Shredded cheese
  • 1 cup Frozen corn
  • 1 cup Black beans drained and rinsed
  • 1 cup Diced tomatoes drained
  • 1 cup Onion chopped

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine pulled pork and BBQ sauce.
  • Add shredded cheese, frozen corn, black beans, diced tomatoes, and chopped onion. Mix well.
  • Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread evenly.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 30-40 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  • Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
