Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine cream of mushroom soup, milk, salt, and pepper.
Layer the sliced potatoes and chopped onions in a baking dish.
Place the pork chops on top of the potatoes and onions.
Pour the soup mixture over the pork chops and potatoes.
Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake for 60 minutes.
Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes to brown the top.
Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
