Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 4 pieces Pork chops
  • 4 cups Potatoes, sliced
  • 1 cup Onion, chopped
  • 1 can Cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 0.5 tsp Black pepper

Instructions: 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine cream of mushroom soup, milk, salt, and pepper.
  • Layer the sliced potatoes and chopped onions in a baking dish.
  • Place the pork chops on top of the potatoes and onions.
  • Pour the soup mixture over the pork chops and potatoes.
  • Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake for 60 minutes.
  • Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes to brown the top.
  • Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
