Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Brown pork chops on both sides.
Place shredded cabbage and sliced onion in a baking dish. Add minced garlic.
Place browned pork chops on top of the cabbage mixture.
Pour chicken broth over the entire dish. Season with salt and pepper.
Cover with foil and bake for 45 minutes, or until pork is cooked through and cabbage is tender.
Notes:
For a richer flavor, you can add a splash of apple cider vinegar to the cabbage mixture.
