Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 4 pork chops
  • 1 head cabbage shredded
  • 1 onion sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • to taste salt and pepper

Instructions: 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Brown pork chops on both sides.
  • Place shredded cabbage and sliced onion in a baking dish. Add minced garlic.
  • Place browned pork chops on top of the cabbage mixture.
  • Pour chicken broth over the entire dish. Season with salt and pepper.
  • Cover with foil and bake for 45 minutes, or until pork is cooked through and cabbage is tender.

Notes:

For a richer flavor, you can add a splash of apple cider vinegar to the cabbage mixture.
