In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess fat.
Add the marinara sauce to the skillet with the ground beef. Stir to combine and let it simmer for a few minutes.
In a mixing bowl, combine the ricotta cheese, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and onion powder.
In a baking dish, spread a thin layer of the meat sauce on the bottom. Place a layer of lasagna noodles on top.
Spread a layer of the ricotta mixture over the noodles, followed by a layer of mozzarella cheese and pepperoni slices.
Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used, finishing with a layer of mozzarella cheese and pepperoni on top.
Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake for 30 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
Let the casserole cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!
