Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Mushrooms sliced
  • 1 cup Onion chopped
  • 3 cloves Garlic minced
  • 4 cups Bread Cubes stale
  • 2 cups Vegetable Broth
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add onions and garlic, cook until softened.
  • Add mushrooms and cook until they release their moisture and become golden brown.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine bread cubes, cooked vegetables, salt, and pepper. Pour in vegetable broth and mix well.
  • Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and bake for 45 minutes, or until the top is golden and crispy.

Notes:

This casserole can be made ahead of time and reheated before serving.
