Instructions:
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
Add mushrooms, onions, and garlic to the skillet. Cook until onions are translucent and mushrooms are tender.
Sprinkle flour over the mixture and stir well. Gradually add milk, stirring constantly until the mixture thickens.
Season with salt and pepper. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish.
Top with shredded cheddar cheese.
Bake in preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes:
Feel free to add other toppings like pickles or tomatoes before baking.
