Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground beef
  • 1 cup Mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 cup Shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup Diced onions
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 2 tbsp Flour
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Black pepper

Instructions: 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
  • Add mushrooms, onions, and garlic to the skillet. Cook until onions are translucent and mushrooms are tender.
  • Sprinkle flour over the mixture and stir well. Gradually add milk, stirring constantly until the mixture thickens.
  • Season with salt and pepper. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish.
  • Top with shredded cheddar cheese.
  • Bake in preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
  • Let cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes:

Feel free to add other toppings like pickles or tomatoes before baking.
