Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 1 can Black Beans drained and rinsed
  • 1 can Corn drained
  • 1 cup Salsa
  • 2 cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 packet Taco Seasoning
  • 1 bag Tortilla Chips crushed

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess fat.
  • Add the taco seasoning to the beef and stir to combine.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked beef, black beans, corn, and salsa.
  • Spread a layer of crushed tortilla chips in the bottom of a baking dish.
  • Pour the beef mixture over the chips and spread evenly.
  • Top with shredded cheddar cheese.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  • Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes:

Feel free to add any additional toppings like sour cream, guacamole, or jalapeños.
