Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 2 lbs Beef chuck cut into cubes
  • 2 pcs Carrots cut into chunks
  • 2 pcs Potatoes cut into chunks
  • 1 pc Onion chopped
  • 3 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 cup Tomato sauce
  • 2 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 1 cup Beef broth
  • 1 pc Bay leaf
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large casserole dish, combine beef, carrots, potatoes, onion, and garlic.
  • Add tomato sauce, soy sauce, beef broth, and bay leaf. Season with salt and pepper.
  • Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake for 1.5 hours, or until the beef is tender.
  • Remove from oven and let it rest for a few minutes before serving.

Notes:

Serve with steamed rice for a complete meal.
