Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Cook noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
In a large bowl, mix melted butter, cottage cheese, sour cream, sugar, eggs, vanilla extract, and salt until well combined.
Stir in cooked noodles and raisins (if using).
Pour mixture into a greased 9x13 inch baking dish.
In a small bowl, mix crushed cornflakes, sugar, and cinnamon. Sprinkle over the noodle mixture.
Bake for 1 hour, or until the top is golden brown.
Notes:
Feel free to add more raisins or even some chopped nuts for extra texture.
