Ingredients:

  • 2 cups Cauliflower florets steamed
  • 1 cup Cheddar cheese shredded
  • 1/2 cup Heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup Cream cheese softened
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Black pepper

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the steamed cauliflower, cheddar cheese, heavy cream, cream cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
  • Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread it out evenly.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the top is golden and bubbly.
  • Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
