Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 1 cup Ricotta Cheese
  • 2 cups Mozzarella Cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup Marinara Sauce, no sugar added
  • 1 tsp Italian Seasoning
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp Onion Powder
  • to taste Salt and Pepper

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat. Drain excess fat.
  • Add marinara sauce, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and onion powder to the skillet. Simmer for 5 minutes.
  • In a baking dish, layer half of the meat sauce, followed by half of the ricotta cheese and half of the mozzarella cheese. Repeat the layers.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
  • Let the casserole cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!

Notes:

This keto lasagna casserole is a great way to enjoy the flavors of lasagna without the carbs. Feel free to add more veggies like spinach or zucchini if you like.
