Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 cup Enchilada Sauce sugar-free
  • 1 medium Onion diced
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tsp Cumin
  • 1 tsp Chili Powder
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat.
  • Add the diced onion and minced garlic to the skillet. Cook until the onion is translucent.
  • Stir in the cumin, chili powder, salt, and black pepper. Cook for another 2 minutes.
  • In a baking dish, layer half of the beef mixture, then half of the enchilada sauce, and half of the shredded cheese. Repeat the layers.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  • Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes:

Feel free to add more spices or toppings like avocado or sour cream.
