Ingredients:

  • 2 cups sliced squash
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper

Instructions: 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a baking dish, layer the sliced squash and diced tomatoes.

Notes:
