Italian sausage

marinara sauce

shredded mozzarella cheese

grated Parmesan cheese

onion
chopped

garlic

dried oregano

dried basil
to taste
salt and pepper
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add onion and garlic, cook until softened.
Add Italian sausage to the skillet. Cook until browned. Drain excess fat.
Stir in marinara sauce, oregano, basil, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 10 minutes.
Combine cooked pasta and sausage mixture in a baking dish. Top with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
Bake in preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, until cheese is melted and bubbly.
Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes:
Feel free to add some veggies like bell peppers or spinach for extra nutrition.
