Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground Sausage
  • 1 cup Sour Cream
  • 1 cup Cheddar Cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup Monterey Jack Cheese, shredded
  • 1 package Frozen Hash Browns thawed
  • 1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup
  • 1 tsp Onion Powder
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • to taste Salt and Pepper

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large skillet, cook the ground sausage over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess fat.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked sausage, sour cream, cheddar cheese, Monterey Jack cheese, thawed hash browns, cream of mushroom soup, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  • Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and spread it out evenly.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until the casserole is bubbly and golden brown on top.
  • Let it cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!

Notes:

This casserole is great for potlucks and family gatherings. You can also add some chopped green onions or bell peppers for extra flavor.
