Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine ham, squash, and cheese.
In a separate bowl, whisk together milk, flour, salt, and pepper.
Pour the milk mixture over the ham and squash mixture and stir to combine.
Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread evenly.
Bake for 45 minutes or until the top is golden and the squash is tender.
Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes:
This casserole can be made ahead and refrigerated. Just add an extra 10 minutes to the baking time if baking from cold.
