Ingredients:

  • 2 cups cubed ham
  • 3 cups cubed squash
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine ham, squash, and cheese.
  • In a separate bowl, whisk together milk, flour, salt, and pepper.
  • Pour the milk mixture over the ham and squash mixture and stir to combine.
  • Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread evenly.
  • Bake for 45 minutes or until the top is golden and the squash is tender.
  • Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes:

This casserole can be made ahead and refrigerated. Just add an extra 10 minutes to the baking time if baking from cold.
