Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine the diced ham, pineapple chunks, and shredded cheddar cheese.
Transfer the mixture to a baking dish.
In another bowl, mix the crushed Ritz crackers with the melted butter.
Sprinkle the cracker mixture evenly over the ham and pineapple mixture.
Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the casserole is heated through.
Notes:
For a bit of extra flavor, you can add a pinch of cinnamon to the pineapple mixture.
