Ingredients:

  • 2 cups diced ham
  • 1 can pineapple chunks, drained
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup crushed Ritz crackers
  • 1/2 cup melted butter

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the diced ham, pineapple chunks, and shredded cheddar cheese.
  • Transfer the mixture to a baking dish.
  • In another bowl, mix the crushed Ritz crackers with the melted butter.
  • Sprinkle the cracker mixture evenly over the ham and pineapple mixture.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the casserole is heated through.

Notes:

For a bit of extra flavor, you can add a pinch of cinnamon to the pineapple mixture.
