Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
Add the chopped onion and minced garlic to the skillet. Cook until the onion is translucent.
Stir in the chopped kale and cook until wilted.
Add the tomato sauce, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
Transfer the mixture to a baking dish. Top with shredded cheese.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes:
Feel free to add other vegetables like bell peppers or mushrooms.
