Instructions:
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a large skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
Add chopped onion and garlic to the skillet. Cook until softened.
Stir in cooked rice, tomato sauce, diced tomatoes, salt, pepper, and paprika. Mix well.
In a baking dish, layer half of the chopped cabbage. Top with the beef mixture, then layer the remaining cabbage on top.
Cover with foil and bake for 45 minutes. Remove foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes.
Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes:
Feel free to add more spices to taste.
