Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 head Cabbage chopped
  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 1 cup Cooked Rice
  • 1 can Tomato Sauce (15 oz)
  • 1 can Diced Tomatoes (14.5 oz)
  • 1 medium Onion chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1 tsp Paprika

Instructions: 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a large skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
  • Add chopped onion and garlic to the skillet. Cook until softened.
  • Stir in cooked rice, tomato sauce, diced tomatoes, salt, pepper, and paprika. Mix well.
  • In a baking dish, layer half of the chopped cabbage. Top with the beef mixture, then layer the remaining cabbage on top.
  • Cover with foil and bake for 45 minutes. Remove foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes.
  • Let cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes:

Feel free to add more spices to taste.
