Ingredients:

  • 1 lb Ground beef
  • 1 cup Chopped onion
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 can Diced tomatoes (14.5 oz)
  • 1 can Tomato sauce (8 oz)
  • 1 cup Shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 cups Gluten-free pasta uncooked
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Black pepper

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess fat.
  • Add the chopped onion and minced garlic to the skillet. Cook until the onion is translucent.
  • Stir in the diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, salt, and black pepper. Let it simmer for about 10 minutes.
  • Meanwhile, cook the gluten-free pasta according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  • Combine the cooked pasta with the beef mixture. Transfer to a baking dish.
  • Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese on top.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  • Let it cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!

Notes:

This casserole can be made ahead and refrigerated. Just bake it when you're ready to eat.
