Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground beef
  • 1 cup Salsa
  • 1 can Black beans drained and rinsed
  • 1 cup Corn kernels frozen or canned
  • 1 cup Shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 package Taco seasoning
  • 2 cups Cooked rice

Instructions: 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
  • Add salsa, black beans, corn, and taco seasoning to the skillet. Stir to combine and cook for 5 minutes.
  • In a baking dish, spread cooked rice evenly. Pour beef mixture over the rice.
  • Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top.
  • Bake in preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
  • Serve hot and enjoy!

Notes:

You can add jalapeños for extra spice.
