Shredded cheddar cheese

Taco seasoning

Cooked rice
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
Add salsa, black beans, corn, and taco seasoning to the skillet. Stir to combine and cook for 5 minutes.
In a baking dish, spread cooked rice evenly. Pour beef mixture over the rice.
Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top.
Bake in preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
Serve hot and enjoy!
Notes:
You can add jalapeños for extra spice.
