Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 2 cups Chopped Vegetables (carrots, celery, onions)
  • 1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a skillet, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain any excess fat.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked beef, chopped vegetables, and cream of mushroom soup.
  • Transfer the mixture to a baking dish. Top with shredded cheddar cheese and breadcrumbs.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and bubbly.

Notes:

Feel free to substitute ground beef with ground turkey or chicken for a lighter version.
