Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a skillet, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain any excess fat.
In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked beef, chopped vegetables, and cream of mushroom soup.
Transfer the mixture to a baking dish. Top with shredded cheddar cheese and breadcrumbs.
Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and bubbly.
Notes:
Feel free to substitute ground beef with ground turkey or chicken for a lighter version.
