Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups Chickpeas cooked
  • 1 cup Onion chopped
  • 1 cup Parsley chopped
  • 3 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tsp Cumin
  • 1 tsp Coriander
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1/4 cup Flour
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine chickpeas, onion, parsley, garlic, cumin, coriander, salt, baking powder, and flour. Mix well.
  • Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread it evenly.
  • Drizzle olive oil over the top.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes or until golden brown.
  • Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes:

This falafel casserole is great served with a side of tahini sauce or a fresh salad.
