Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine chickpeas, onion, parsley, garlic, cumin, coriander, salt, baking powder, and flour. Mix well.
Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread it evenly.
Drizzle olive oil over the top.
Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes or until golden brown.
Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes:
This falafel casserole is great served with a side of tahini sauce or a fresh salad.
