Ingredients:

  • 8 large Eggs
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 cup Diced Ham
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk.
  • Add the shredded cheese, diced ham, salt, and pepper to the egg mixture. Stir to combine.
  • Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until the eggs are set and the top is golden brown.
  • Let cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.

Notes:

Feel free to add your favorite veggies or switch out the ham for bacon or sausage.
