Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 8 eggs
  • 2 cups shredded cheese cheddar or your choice
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, whisk the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper together.
  • Stir in the shredded cheese.
  • Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
  • Bake for 45 minutes or until the top is golden and the center is set.
  • Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes:

You can add vegetables or cooked bacon for extra flavor.
