Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 cup Flour
  • 2 cups Milk
  • 3 Eggs
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 2 tbsp Butter melted
  • 1 cup Cheese shredded
  • 1 cup Ham diced

Instructions: 

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, milk, eggs, salt, and melted butter until smooth.
  • Pour a thin layer of the batter into a greased baking dish.
  • Layer with ham and cheese, then pour more batter over the top. Repeat until all ingredients are used, ending with a layer of batter.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes or until golden brown and set.
  • Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes:

Feel free to add your favorite herbs or spices to the batter for extra flavor.
