Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
Add cream cheese to the skillet and stir until melted and well combined with the beef.
Spread a thin layer of salsa on the bottom of a baking dish.
Fill each tortilla with the beef mixture, roll up, and place seam-side down in the baking dish.
Pour remaining salsa over the top of the tortillas and sprinkle with shredded cheddar cheese.
Bake in preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
Notes:
Serve with sour cream and chopped cilantro if desired.
