Ingredients:

  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 8 oz Cream Cheese softened
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 cup Salsa
  • 8 pieces Tortillas

Instructions: 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
  • Add cream cheese to the skillet and stir until melted and well combined with the beef.
  • Spread a thin layer of salsa on the bottom of a baking dish.
  • Fill each tortilla with the beef mixture, roll up, and place seam-side down in the baking dish.
  • Pour remaining salsa over the top of the tortillas and sprinkle with shredded cheddar cheese.
  • Bake in preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.

Notes:

Serve with sour cream and chopped cilantro if desired.
