Ingredients:

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 4 cups potatoes, diced
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 cup bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • to taste salt and pepper

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, diced potatoes, cheddar cheese, ranch dressing, crumbled bacon, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until the potatoes are tender and the top is golden brown.
  • Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes:

This casserole is great for meal prep and can be stored in the fridge for up to 3 days.
