chili seasoning mix

Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess fat.
In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked beef, rice, kidney beans, diced tomatoes, chili seasoning mix, and water. Mix well.
Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread evenly.
Top with shredded cheddar cheese.
Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Let cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!
Notes:
This casserole can be made ahead and refrigerated. Just bake it when you're ready to eat.
