Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large pot, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess fat.
Add the chopped onion and minced garlic to the pot. Cook until the onion is translucent.
Stir in the tomato sauce, diced tomatoes, chili powder, ground cumin, salt, and black pepper. Let it simmer for 10 minutes.
Mix in the cooked pasta until well combined.
Transfer the mixture to a baking dish. Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese on top.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Let it cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!

This casserole is great for meal prep and can be stored in the fridge for up to 3 days.
