Ingredients:

  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 1 medium Onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 can Tomato Sauce (15 oz)
  • 1 can Diced Tomatoes (15 oz)
  • 2 cups Cooked Pasta
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 tbsp Chili Powder
  • 1 tsp Ground Cumin
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large pot, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess fat.
  • Add the chopped onion and minced garlic to the pot. Cook until the onion is translucent.
  • Stir in the tomato sauce, diced tomatoes, chili powder, ground cumin, salt, and black pepper. Let it simmer for 10 minutes.
  • Mix in the cooked pasta until well combined.
  • Transfer the mixture to a baking dish. Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese on top.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  • Let it cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!

Notes:

This casserole is great for meal prep and can be stored in the fridge for up to 3 days.
