Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
Add kidney beans, diced tomatoes, and chili seasoning mix to the skillet. Stir to combine and simmer for 10 minutes.
In a baking dish, layer half of the Fritos, then the chili mixture, and top with shredded cheddar cheese. Repeat layers.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
Serve hot and enjoy!
