Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 can kidney beans drained and rinsed
  • 1 can diced tomatoes
  • 1 packet chili seasoning mix
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 bag Fritos corn chips

Instructions: 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
  • Add kidney beans, diced tomatoes, and chili seasoning mix to the skillet. Stir to combine and simmer for 10 minutes.
  • In a baking dish, layer half of the Fritos, then the chili mixture, and top with shredded cheddar cheese. Repeat layers.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
  • Serve hot and enjoy!
