Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Trim and halve the brussel sprouts. Place them in a mixing bowl.
Add heavy cream, shredded cheddar cheese, salt, and black pepper to the bowl. Mix well.
Transfer the mixture to a baking dish. Spread it out evenly.
Bake for 30 minutes or until the top is golden and bubbly.
Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes:
For extra flavor, you can add some crispy bacon bits on top before baking.
