Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 500 g Brussel Sprouts
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream
  • 1 cup Cheddar Cheese, shredded
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Trim and halve the brussel sprouts. Place them in a mixing bowl.
  • Add heavy cream, shredded cheddar cheese, salt, and black pepper to the bowl. Mix well.
  • Transfer the mixture to a baking dish. Spread it out evenly.
  • Bake for 30 minutes or until the top is golden and bubbly.
  • Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes:

For extra flavor, you can add some crispy bacon bits on top before baking.
