Ingredients:

  • 1 bag frozen tater tots
  • 1 lb bacon cooked and crumbled
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • to taste salt and pepper

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the sour cream, cream of chicken soup, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Add the cooked and crumbled bacon, shredded cheddar cheese, and frozen tater tots to the mixture. Stir until well combined.
  • Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and spread it out evenly.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until the tater tots are crispy and the casserole is bubbly.
  • Let it cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!

Notes:

Feel free to add some chopped green onions or jalapenos for extra flavor.
