Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground Turkey
  • 1 cup Cooked Rice
  • 1 cup Mixed Vegetables frozen or fresh
  • 1/4 cup Soy Sauce low sodium
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp Ginger minced
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the garlic and ginger, and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  • Add the ground turkey to the skillet and cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spoon.
  • Stir in the soy sauce, cooked rice, and mixed vegetables. Cook for another 5 minutes.
  • Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread it out evenly.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, until the top is slightly crispy.
  • Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes:

Feel free to add more vegetables or spices to suit your taste.
