Olive Oil
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the garlic and ginger, and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
Add the ground turkey to the skillet and cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spoon.
Stir in the soy sauce, cooked rice, and mixed vegetables. Cook for another 5 minutes.
Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread it out evenly.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, until the top is slightly crispy.
Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes:
Feel free to add more vegetables or spices to suit your taste.
