Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Spread the uncooked rice evenly in the bottom of a 9x13 inch baking dish.
Layer the corn kernels over the rice.
Next, add a layer of chopped onions, followed by a layer of chopped green bell peppers.
In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat until fully cooked. Drain any excess fat.
Spread the cooked ground beef over the vegetables in the baking dish.
Pour the tomato sauce evenly over the ground beef.
Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake in the preheated oven for 1 hour.
Remove the foil, sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese on top, and bake for an additional 5-10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Let the casserole sit for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!
