Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 2 medium zucchini sliced
  • 4 medium tomatoes sliced
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tsp dried basil
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • to taste salt and pepper

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Layer the zucchini and tomatoes in a baking dish.
  • Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese, basil, oregano, salt, and pepper.
  • Bake for 30 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.

Feel free to add other vegetables like bell peppers or onions.
