Wonton Stir Fry Casserole

Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 package Wonton wrappers
  • 2 cups Mixed vegetables frozen or fresh
  • 1 lb Ground pork
  • 1/4 cup Soy sauce low sodium
  • 2 tbsp Oyster sauce
  • 1 tbsp Sesame oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tsp Ginger minced
  • 1/2 cup Green onions chopped

Instructions: 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a skillet, cook ground pork over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
  • Add garlic and ginger to the skillet, cook for 1 minute.
  • Stir in mixed vegetables, soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil. Cook for 5 minutes.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked mixture with chopped green onions.
  • Layer wonton wrappers in a casserole dish, add a layer of the pork mixture, and repeat until all ingredients are used, ending with a layer of wonton wrappers.
  • Bake in preheated oven for 20 minutes or until the top is golden and crispy.
  • Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.

Notes:

Feel free to substitute ground pork with ground chicken or turkey.
