In a skillet, cook ground pork over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
Add garlic and ginger to the skillet, cook for 1 minute.
Stir in mixed vegetables, soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil. Cook for 5 minutes.
In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked mixture with chopped green onions.
Layer wonton wrappers in a casserole dish, add a layer of the pork mixture, and repeat until all ingredients are used, ending with a layer of wonton wrappers.
Bake in preheated oven for 20 minutes or until the top is golden and crispy.
Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
