Ingredients:

  • 1 pound Turkey sausage
  • 2 cups Cooked rice
  • 1 cup Shredded cheese
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1 can Cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup Frozen peas
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Black pepper

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked rice, turkey sausage, shredded cheese, milk, cream of mushroom soup, frozen peas, salt, and black pepper.
  • Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread it out evenly.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until the top is golden and bubbly.
  • Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes:

Feel free to add other vegetables like bell peppers or carrots for extra flavor and nutrition.
